2025-2026 LTOB Board of Trustees

Lisa Napier-Garcia: President

An Appalachian native from West Virginia, Lisa developed her love of theatre and volunteerism as a teenager. Inspired by participating in Girl Scout Jamborees, church plays, and summers spent volunteering with The Aracoma Story outdoor drama, Lisa recognized how important the arts were to her community. Upon moving to Ohio, she began volunteering at Little Theatre Off Broadway (LTOB). Over the last 28 years, Lisa has acted, directed, designed sets, participated on committees, held numerous board positions, and led LTOB through three capital renovation projects. However, she is happiest when she is helping LTOB’s youth theater students develop skills to become confident public speakers.

Kate Charlesworth-Miller: Vice President

Growing up in New Jersey, Kate got the acting bug her freshman year in high school. While pursuing a degree in English from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, she appeared in numerous shows in their Off-Off-Broadway black box theatre. After marriage, she moved to Central Ohio, and in 1999, her young daughter expressed an interest in being onstage. Kate brought her to an audition at Little Theatre Off Broadway in Grove City. Dedicated volunteers since that first show, Kate and her family have volunteered at LTOB for the past 23 years, both onstage and off. Kate has acted, directed, stage managed, provided costumes and props, volunteered as an usher and concessions worker, served on committees, and now serves as the Vice President of the Board and head of the Season Planning Committee.

Rosemary Cullison: Secretary

Rosemary is from northwest Ohio and moved to Columbus in 1979. She always loved theatre and worked on several productions during her youth. In 1997 she decided to check out Little Theatre Off Broadway as it was close to home. She costumed her first show in 1997 and has never left. She was appointed to the board’s social committee and then was elected as Board Secretary, a job she loves and has done ever since. She is a legal administrative secretary with over 39 years of experience, so it comes naturally. Rosemary enjoys the work involved in keeping this theatre going, including fundraising events for a new stage, several remodels of the lobby and house seating areas, and figuring out what needs to be done during the Covid shutdown to keep the theatre viable. Rosemary has directed shows for Little Theatre Off Broadway and the JCC Gallery Players, and costumes for LTOB along with numerous local community theatres around central Ohio.

Isaac Stewart: Treasurer

After graduating from Bexley High School, Isaac found the arts to be a way to express his creativity. Three years ago, he was asked to provide sound design and live mix for Gypsy and has been an invaluable member of Little Theatre Off Broadway ever since. There are very few productions or events at LTOB that Isaac has not been involved with. He was honored to be appointed as a Member At Large on LTOB’s board, then elected to the position of Treasurer. Isaac’s construction background has enabled him to coordinate three capital projects to ensure LTOB’s 108-year-old building lasts for another 62 seasons. After being thrown into the theater scene, Isaac now performs lighting design, sound design, set building, and special effects for community theaters around greater Columbus, but still calls LTOB home.

Aaron Auld: Trustee

Aaron grew up in Canal Winchester, OH, although he spent his childhood traveling throughout the central Ohio area. He became a member of the theatre community in 2006 where he portrayed an orphan in a production of Oliver. Since then, he has been involved with countless community productions both on stage and off. He has been active with LTOB since 2008 and has acted in The Sound of Music, Seussical the Musical, Into the Woods, The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical, and others, as well as directing Once Upon a Mattress, Big Fish, and Xanadu. From March 2019 to March 2020, he served as the Artistic Director of Imagine Productions of Columbus. Theatre is an integral part of Aaron’s life. He not only uses it as an artistic outlet, but also as a way to build up and outreach to his communities.

Dave Hetrick: Trustee

Dave developed a love of performing from an early age. Growing up in northeast Ohio, he has been involved in theater projects throughout his life. Favorite experiences include acting projects for Weathervane in Akron, Ohio, Beck Center in Lakewood, Ohio, Cassidy Theater in Parma Heights, Ohio, and Aurora Community Theater in Aurora, Ohio. After moving to central Ohio in 2015, he became involved with LTOB in 2017 and has participated in multiple acting and directing projects since that time, as well as serving as board rep for LTOB’s recent production of Avenue Q. Recently, he directed LTOB’s production of The Psychic, which was selected at an Ohio’s OCTA annual state competition as one of two Ohio representatives for the regional AACT festival.

Will Macke: Trustee

Will is a Grove City resident and passionate advocate for the performing arts with over a decade of experience in theatre. A graduate of the Hartt School with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Will performed in regional productions across New England (York Theatre Company, Hartford Stage, Goodspeed Opera House, etc.) before relocating to Ohio. Locally, he has contributed to numerous companies, with highlights that range across central Ohio’s many theatres. He also served as Artistic Director of MadLab, leading the organization through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and into its reopening seasons. With experience both on and offstage, Will brings a well-rounded, collaborative perspective to the LTOB board. He is excited to support and grow with the Grove City arts community.
